Can't see the dirt in the dark...it was too dark in there for me.
My food was very appetizing, fresh and hot. I was so happy to see that the lettuce wasn't wilted! The menu had a great variety and, although I chose a small plate, it was ample food to carry half home for a later meal.
Good food, good environment, great customer service.
I just enjoy their food. I always get good customer service here. The place is well organised and the cashiers are always very welcoming. Highly recommended.
Spicy general tso chicken is delicious. This location is way more friendly and customer service oriented than the one off Collins and Lamar. Overall great experience!
Price was high so we won't eat there as much, but the food was really good.
I'm really disappointed that we did not get what we ordered and especially since the spring rolls were spoiled and over cooked. I didn't even take a bite, they smelled horrible. I guess this is going to make me stop eating out again. You can get sick and not even know where it came from. The noodles were really gummy. I got the Wei Orange Chicken and Thai Dynamite. I called the restaurant to let them know my experience, but they didn't care. I was told she would let the kitchen know. Maybe that's why the restaurant was so quiet today! Be cautious. 🤪🤔😟😝
Sesame shrimp was very good, crisp veggies, lots of shrimp, only complaint is that the portion was not big enough!
I have always loved Pei Wei, but the food was not good on this visit. I got the Asian Chopped Chicken Salad and the chicken had brown spots and was not edible. I was very disappointed.
We got off the new delivery optionm($8) tonight and it was so bad. Miso salad had no miso dressing, completely dry. No soy sauces, napkins cutlery or even cookies in the bag. My husband ordered his rice without onions, peppers or sprouts. His rice was completely full of them. When I called the store to complain she, Ashley, told me the Store was out of soy sauce packages and that cutlery is self serve. I can't self serve if its being delivered (shrug) she did not seem to care that our actual food order was wrong and only tried to defend the store in a very upsetting way. At the end of the conversation she said to tell them next time I'm in that Ashley said to comp my meal and then hung up. How am I supposed to do this if there is nothing in writing. This is so ridiculous. Our bill was $30 total for 2 people after delivery and we didn't get edible food or the other stuff.
My husband and I were very disappointed in the Cauliflower fried rice dishes we picked up today for lunch. He had the chicken and I had the gluten free shrimp, which we've enjoyed many times at other Pei Wei restaurants. The dishes were terribly bland except for the bitterness of the cauliflower. There was no ginger nor garlic, nor other flavors.
I wanted a nice dinner to go, but mine was ruined because the extra eggs I paid for were so burnt that my whole bowl tasted like ash.
They have a new item called the Beto Box. It is great
Yummy Tummy Food for everyone! I love Pei Wei can't wait til the store sell apparel.
The Orange chicken was hot and fresh and, only $5.00.
The item i received after a phone in order was incorrect. This is the 4th time the parks pei wei has gotten an order wrong. Too bad
Usually love Pei Wei. Ordered online for pickup. Got home and noticed all the sauces were missing for the wontons & spring rolls. Spring rolls themselves were really greasy and soft. Noodles in my Dan Dan noodles tasted starchy, though the tofu was well cooked and tasty. Not a great experience this time. Will probably give them one more try in the future based on past experience but tonight's was just not good.
Great place, great food, great service, good prices. I love the rewards program. There is room for improvement in the consistency of the food, but other than that, I have no complaints.
The rice was soggy and they put too many shredded carrots in my bowl I couldn’t even taste the rice at all I could only taste the shredded carrots and cabbage. The rice was as well burnt and the service was awful.Arlington parks, TX 4133 S Cooper St Arlington, TX 76015
I had an excellent time in this place. We liked the awesome environment and the food. The staff members were very friendly. I’m happy we finally decided to visit here.
They can use a few extra hands in there. Lots of wrong orders given out.lots of confusion. May I suggest hiring my stepson? Over all it was a good looking restaurant inside and the workers were nice.
Deceptive Practices. "Free small plate" is just an appetizer. Won't be coming back.
I was on a trip from Fort Worth back to my home 90 miles away. I just wanted a quick stop with some nice healthy Asian food. What I got was a soupy mess of sauce & dry but edible sushi, WAY overpriced, in my opinion. I ordered it to go. and I had to wait 30 minutes for it to come out of the kitchen. So all in all, l was already driving over an hour & a half home (two hours, with Mall & rush hour traffic) and then I had to wait half an hour there at Pei Wei. Not fun. Wish I would have read the other reviews first. Bummer.
I went in a few weeks ago 2 get my free offer FROM signing up on their app. I was wearing my favor top and sat at THE bar. I was ignored THE entire time. Even when the customers left, I was totally ignored until I mentioned it. Their excuse was that I was looking at the menu! I was looking at it trying 2 figure it out since I've never patronized this chain. I got help WITH MY order AND left. Food was good. I did their survey detailing MY experience. I asked 4 a response. None given. When will the world of commerance learn? Hopefully they will ALL GO out of business then wonder y like dolts! If these ppl say contact them off Google, they won't reply! Like Every1 else, they want 2 appear like they care, smh!
I stopped eating at Pei Wei a few years ago when the quality of the food seemingly dropped. The cauliflower rice brought me back, but sadly it, and the rest of the meal was even worse than I remembered. I mean, why are there carrots and snow peas in Kung Pow? Why do all the entrees have the same veggies now? Pei Wei used to be Asian fusion. Now, it's just disappointing fast food.
First time trying this place and I’m in love. The food here is so great!
Food was excellent. Very wide variety. Customer service was good as well. Only downside was the bathroom was filthy. Would have gave it 5 stars if the bathroom was clean
This Pei Wei often has had poor service and has been unclean, and so we had stopped going. O wanted to try it again, and this last time we went, everything was great! We will be coming back again.
Food was ok. What was annoying is having one working computer to take people’s order. We waited in line for 15 minutes.
Our order took 25 minutes to get to us. People who came after us were served 1st. We came to find out that our dine in was already packed as a to go and was cold as if it had sitting there for a while. However, the food was good and portion size was okay. Although the food was good, the menu was generic and the service made us realize that the restaurants closer to us are of better value and convenience.
Location is great... not in the mall, so it is easily accessible for whenever you would like. The restaurant was busy, and clean at the same time. I did need to ask them to restock the lids for our drinks... but that was no problem. I would rather a restocking issue than a cleanliness issue. My daughter loved the bento!
Well lit. / Extraordinary food selections / Intellectually friendly staff / easy access layout.D. Alvarez CLSSMBB
This place is a family favorite. First time in this location. Our food was great. Very tasty, fresh and hot. The servers were friendly and seem to work well together.
The manager of this location is extremely nice and courteous. By far the cleanest restaurant I’ve been to in the area and staff is pleasant is as well. I believe her name is misty (manager) thank again for the amazing dinning experience.
Tried their Cauliflower fried rice and it was really wet and runny. Was not impressed on the way it was made. Also the floors were really sticky and just made the place feel dirty. Not a good experience overall.
Was the dirtiest Pei Wei I have ever seen. Trash on every table and on the floors.I reached out to the Pei Wei company via email to notify and got no reply.I would recommend PF Chang's around the corner
Despite what others said about this place being dirty I decided to give it a try. they were right. The place is very crusty and there is dried food and sticky everywhere. The place definitely needs a good cleaning. But that being said the food was really good. I had the bento box with honey chicken and some sushi and it was good. I will eat there again but I will probably take it to go.
I thought it would be good like the other locations I've been to in allen and firewheel where the food was hot! Not in the Arlington location food was horrible place too.
The first issue that I ran into was when order. My spouse order a beer, and the cashier selected his choice for him. Next when our food arrived mines was ice cold. When addressed with the staff, I was offered a different choice that was worst. Save your time and money and avoid this place.
Amazingly sized portions, nice atmosphere and friendly service.
It was good food. Think they may have changed their recipe on select items wasn't enough flavor in the food although it looked spicy it wasn't. The flavor was all in the HOT MUSTARD
Ordered online, they left our our rice order and everything tasted like fish when we ordered pork and chicken. Noodles where over cooked and crab and cheese wontons smelled like rotten crab and their pork eggrolls spelled rotten as well. Very disappointed as I have always loved ordering from their chain.
I love the Bento box!! It’s a big meal that is honestly pretty cheap.
We love pei wei but stay away from this one! They need a new chef! My husbands steak was raw.
Good food, good service, but getting a bit pricey.
Music loud, restrooms closed. Food good.
Ordered the crab wontons, Mongolian beef and orange chicken. Wontons came out pretty quick like seconds after we sat down; The entrees arrived shortly after. The food was hot and met expectations. The place itself had a bad smell, like smelly feet. The customer service was on par for the type of establishment. There was a staff member stocking/cleaning the drink station and cleaning tables.
The food: it is usually good. I love the Thai Dynamite. Get it every time. They get something wrong on our order more often than not, so buyer beware. My wife tried the cauliflower fried rice with her Ginger Broccoli beef. The dish was swimming in the sauce. There are pools of it where the cauliflower rice is completely submerged. She says the taste is good, but it was way too soupy. I give the food 3.5 stars. The facility: basically gross. The floor is sticky. Doesn't give me confidence that they've mopped recently. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned recently. Urine was splashed (and dried) on the floor in a wide swath around the urinal, and there was definitely a stench. 1 star. The wait: is inconsistent, so hard to rate. Today it was a long wait, while other times we've been handed our food as we got seated. I saw a pair today where this was the case. No star rating for this, as it's hard to pin down.
If I had to review this place 6 months ago I would give it one star, the service was extremely slow, and the order wasn’t what I had ordered, but after taking a break from coming here I finally decided to give it another try and it was impressively quick and yummy and no mess ups. I’ll probably come visit again soon. I’ll update you on my next experience.
